Management teamPatrick Ashworth, Founder and CEO. Patrick founded ICG in 2002 with the vision of creating an effective online direct marketing platform addressing the challenges that he encountered during his time at Swatch Watches (part of the Swatch Group, the leading global watch maker, listed on the Zurich Stock Exchange) as Head of Direct Marketing and Sports Sponsorship. Before starting ICG, Patrick worked in the internet space for a company providing online video streaming solutions. Patrick has also held a position as Head of PR for Longines Watch Co. Patrick has an MBA from one of the main business schools in France, ISG (Institut de Gestion), which he graduated in 1995, after completing classes in Paris, New York and Tokyo. He also holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University. Stuart Miller, CTO. Stuart brings 13+ years of experience with Internet-related technologies and software working at leading IT companies such as Cambridge Technology Partners (division of Novell), Netscape, Sun and Silicon Graphics. In addition, he co-founded Anachron B.V in 1999 and as CTO, he was responsible for all product development, including the overall technical architecture, security and scalability of the company's eBilling platform, as well as implementing a 24x7 operational data centre which today serves clients in over 25 countries. Anachron raised over €7.5m of Venture Capital funding over two rounds. Education: Bachelor's degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. Kurt Olcer, SVP of Technology and Professional Services. Kurt has more than 15 years of leadership experience in all phases of client services and technical project management with particular strength in managing web-based complex enterprise software engagements. Most recently, Kurt was a member of the executive team at TOL Information Technologies where he managed the high growth of the professional services group from early start-up stage to more than 30 internal and outsourced professionals. Prior to TOL Information Technologies, Kurt was a member of the technology business group at Booz Allen Hamilton where he specialized in providing management and engineering consulting services to government agencies, institutions and corporations by integrating strategy, technology and operations expertise. Kurt served the first five years of his career at Alstom, Inc. where he directed product development and project teams for numerous international client contracts. Kurt holds a B.S. and M.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology and attended the MBA degree program at New York University. |
