Before starting ICG, Patrick worked in the internet space for a company providing online video streaming solutions. Patrick has also held a position as Head of PR for Longines Watch Co., the first company in which he joined after completing an MBA from one of the main business schools in France, ISG (Institut de Gestion) in Paris, which he completed in 1995. He also holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University. Findlay Black For the last 5 years, Findlay has been living in Switzerland, investing personally in a number of start ups. Previously he was a Founding Partner of CVC Capital Partners where he spent 12 years and was responsible for the Paris office. CVC is one of the largest Private Equity groups, managing €17 billion from a European network of 12 offices. For the 7 years prior to that, he made and managed the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate investments of the Wafic Said group of companies, mainly in the US. Marc der Kinderen Dutch National based in New York City with over 15 years of private equity investment experience. In 2001 he co-founded 747 Capital LLC, a trans-Atlantic private equity firm managing funds-of-funds as well as a direct venture and buyout portfolio. Prior to forming 747 Capital, from 1994 to 2000, Marc was Executive Vice President of Greenfield Capital Partners, Inc. in New York, the US subsidiary of a Dutch private equity group. From 1992 to 1994, Marc was a private equity analyst at the Noro Group of Companies in the Netherlands. He started his career in 1989 as Assistant Marketing Director with HomeBanc, a Savings and Loan in Atlanta. Education: Marc has an M.B.A. from the Nijenrode School of Business (Breukelen, the Netherlands, 1992) and did post graduate work at Georgia State University, concentrating in finance. He also holds a B.B.A. from European University (Antwerp, Belgium, 1989). Jean-Pierre Morand Jean-Pierre has his own law practice and is now considered one of the foremost Swiss specialists of sports law representing several international federations and major sports event organizers. He is chairman of Téléverbier, the second largest ski resort company in Switzerland. He has also been operationally involved in a leading sports marketing agency. Ronald Kempers Dutch national based in Switzerland with over 15 years of international business experience. Since 2006, Ronald is CEO of a high-tech medical company, Renewave Medical. Previously, he built up a strong career in the Software and IT industry with the companies Hewlett-Packard and Oracle. Ronald has held senior management positions in business development, strategic outsourcing, sales and finance, and business unit management across various continents and regions. Education: Master in Science from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands, complimented with various Leadership, Business Strategy and Negotiation courses at world renowned institutions during his career. |
